The word “rebellion” is avon in Hebrew, which means inequity; rebellion and all its consequences. One of the signs of the end times is the increase of inequity and rebellion. Rebellion is a public action that you can physically see be done. Everywhere you go you will see rebellion; in the church, outside of church, etc…

And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. –Matthew 24:12-14

Lawlessness is another word for inequity. It means without law, someone who does not want to be governed and refuses to do so.

What is sedition?

The word “sedition” is defined as actions or words intended to lead or encourage the overthrow of a person, group or state. Sedition in the bible is classified as a criminal act that undermines the set authority placed by God and seeking to overthrow it. You will not see sedition publicly because it is subtle; it hides within the people that walk around the leader or the person placed by God.

Everywhere you go God has set an authority figure or a head. If you speak ill about that authority that God has placed then you are rebelling against God.

Origin of rebellion:

In which in time past you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience. -Ephesians 2:2

1. Satan

Rebellion began with Satan in the pre-adamic age, when he rebelled against God and took one-third of the angels.

And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns on his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to be delivered, to devour her child as soon as it was born. -Revelation 12:3-4

2. Adam and Eve

Rebellion was carried down to each person after Adam and Eve received the spirit of rebellion in the beginning.

Behold, I was brought forth in iniquity, and in sin did my mother conceive me.

–Psalm 51:5

Two natures

Today, no one wants to be under authority because it is a part of our nature.

There will be two men inside of you fighting to have control. One is called the old man and the other is the new man. The old man wants to do the old things and think the old way.

For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. For that which I do I know not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. –Romans 7:14-15

On one side you want to do something but the other pushed you to do something else.

1. The Old Man

If so be that you have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: That you put off concerning the former way of life the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts.  -Ephesians 4:21-22

Satan sent the serpent to the woman, Eve, as a way to get around the head, Adam, to get to the head. The old man is the result of the deception, corruption and the loss of Satan. The moment that Adam believed the lie and ate the forbidden fruit was the moment that the old man came to be.

The old man is referred to as the flesh, the ego and the nature of sin. All of this becomes to be one word: rebellion.

And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel. Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception; in sorrow you shall bring forth children; and your desire shall be to your husband, and he shall rule over you.  -Genesis 3:15-16

2. New Man

And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; and that you put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

 -Ephesians 4:23-24

The new man is the result of the truth, holiness and righteousness.

Consequences of rebellion and sedition:

Regardless of how good you have been, rebellion runs through you. For example, if you lived all your life on earth without committing any sin, you will still go to hell because in your nature is the seed of rebellion.

But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned everyone to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all. –Isaiah 53:5-6

The essence of rebellion remains in the desire of a person who wants to govern his or her self.

For that which I do I know not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. –Romans 7:15

Ask yourself, how much of Jesus do you have inside of you and how much of yourself?

Steps to be set free:

1. Repentance           

The Kingdom of God without repentance is not the real kingdom. Many people are preaching the kingdom without repentance.

Repent from ruling and governing yourself.

Say: Lord, I was ruling and governing myself, doing what I wanted whenever I wanted. But right now, I stop and give you my life for You to rule and govern.

2. Authority

Take authority whenever you see rebellion and cut it from the root! Kill your old man in order for Jesus to live in you!

I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. –Galatians 2:20

Principle of the Kingdom: In order to live you must die.

Principle of Sacrifice: There is nothing new coming into life unless there has been a sacrifice.

Many people expect to be given everything for free but in the Kingdom, you cannot go to a new dimension without first making a sacrifice.

Die to yourself and allow Jesus to live in you!

This man was sent home to die because he had gone through an operation on Monday and it was unsuccessful. They were not able to remove the tumor that he had due to cancer. His stomach was inflated, he came in a wheelchair and now he God healed him. The tumor is GONE and he walk perfectly!

This woman was deaf since she was 12 years old and now she is 74 years old. She felt the power of God fall upon her and now she is completely healed!

This young man has been deaf in his right ear since he was 2 years old. He could not hear from his right ear and now he can ear! The power of God fell over him and he is completely healed!

This woman was completely deaf for 50 years and she was also blind in one eye. God healed her and now she can see and hear! The deaf will see and the blind will see!

This woman lost her sight 20 years ago in her right eye. While they prayed she felt the presence of God and was instantly healed!

This woman came with the inability to speak correctly. Her tongue was so heavy that it would interfere with her speech. But tonight, the power of God touched her and now, she can speak perfectly well!

This young woman was losing her hair to the point that she had bald spots on her head. But tonight, God thickened and lengthened her hair! She has been completely impacted with the creative miracle God gave her! Hallelujah!

This woman had a rib growing on her side, meaning it protruded in a way that wasn’t normal. This was so serious that it was palpable. She testifies that the bone is now completely normal, her body has been healed!

This young woman was diagnosed with lupus. She testifies that she could barely move without feeling pain in her body. In fact, she came in a wheelchair because the pain was so severe. But tonight she felt a heat in her body and as it coursed through her, the pain disappeared! Her son is crying now because he always saw his mom in pain and is thankful to God for healing her! As you can see in this picture, she no longer has pain!

This young man is only 14 years old, he suffered from scoliosis for 11 years! But the moment he repented of his sins, the curve in his back was being aligned! Now he is able to do everything he couldn’t before without any pain! As you can see he can bend down without any problem!

This woman had 3 herniated discs for the past 15 years! She felt the power of God fall upon her and for the glory of God, she is healed! Hallelujah!

This woman had a hip transplant 13 years ago and as a result, she could barely walk! She even had to use a cane. But tonight, she testifies that the power of God completely healed her and she can walk without the help of her cane!

For 7 years, this young lady had a tumor in her axilla. As she prayed and believed for her healing, God touched her and now the tumor is completely GONE! There is nothing impossible for God!

This young girl is 12 years old, she had a sinusitis problem when she came. But now, the power of God healed her! But that’s not all, she had a fractured ankle and the Lord has healed her! As you can see in this picture, she began to run filled with joy!

This woman was diagnosed with lupus 6 years ago. Her hands were deformed due to the lupus. Tonight, not only did God heal her from lupus but He also restored her hands!

This woman could not move her index and middle fingers because she had just had a surgery in which they removed some of her bones. But God supernaturally restored the movement in her fingers! Nothing is impossible for God!

This man came here from Cali, Colombia. Someone kicked his leg while playing soccer and as he fell, he injured his ankle; he couldn’t move his foot. When the leaders prayed for him this morning, he was scared and the pain wouldn’t leave completely, but one pastor came to him tonight and prayed for him. In the middle of worship, he let go of his crutches and now, he is healed by the power of God. He is completely impacted!

This woman came to this CAP with a great expectation and God has been faithful to her! She testifies that yesterday she supernaturally lost weight, shedding a couple of inches around her waist. Not only that, but today she lost MORE weight. Hallelujah!

This young man had many sores on his body and God healed him! He felt the presence of God while he was praying right here at CAP and he is completely healed!

Through a preaching on Enlace, this woman received her healing! She had cancer in her breast and the doctors told her they would have to remove it but for the glory of God she is healed!

Through a preaching from Apostle Guillermo Maldonado where he released a word for financial miracles on the radio she received her miracle! Now she has a job and her 3 nephews have jobs too!

Through one of our online services this man was delivered from addiction to epileptic medication that he would take due to his epileptic state. Now it has been 2 years and he has not had an epileptic episode! Glory to God!

This man testifies about his daughter who had fallen and fractured her arm. This 3 year old put her hand over her arm where the fracture was and prayed along with Apostle Guillermo Maldonado and she was instantly healed! God is doing great things with our children!

This woman borrowed a copy of the book “How to Walk in the Supernatural Power of God” by Apostle Guillermo Maldonado and began to apply what she was reading. She brought a prostitute and a lesbian to Jesus and now they are committed to the Lord!

Through the book “How to Walk in the Supernatural Power of God” by Apostle Guillermo Maldonado this man applied what he had learned and prayed over the phone for a boy who had fallen 6 stories and died. The boy resurrected and could not speak but a few weeks later his leaders visited the boy at the hospital and they prayed for his voice to return and it did! Glory to God!

Here at CAP on the second floor, this woman was born with a chin that was sticking out. The doctors told her it would be expensive to fix but the fire of God healed her! Amen!

This woman read one of Apostle Guillermo Maldonado’s books. When son had a hearing problem, she implemented what she read and now her son is healed! Glory to God!

This morning she called her husband to tell him to get ready for a breakthrough. It has been 3 years since he hasn’t had a job and she hasn’t had a job for 2 years… Today she got a call for a job and is now employed!

This young boy was diagnosed with a disease that would injure his femur which would cause him to not walk right. Now he plays soccer without any problems! Only God can do this!

This couple would make a living a little hot dog cart and still didn’t have anything to eat. One day, they heard Apostle Guillermo Maldonado giving a word about sowing and they took the word and applied it. They went from nothing to being blessed with a 3 story house!

This woman, a nurse, is known for praying for people and being used by God to resurrect people from the dead, so far 3 resurrections! One time, she prayed resurrection over a woman whose child had died in her womb, and when they took out the baby it was alive!

Another woman was dying during labor and had no hope, so she began to pray over the dead baby who resurrected. Now, they are both healthy!

The last baby was born dead and she laid hands over the baby and the baby resurrected! She saw the baby go from a color purple to a pink color, full of life.

Her husband testifies that many healings are happening at their church including from cancer! God is using this couple tremendously!

Sex was created to reproduce His image and likeness over the earth, to enjoy and to consummate a relationship in unity. This spiritually represents our union with Christ. God created sex between a husband and wife to bring union, this spiritually represents, when we worship God there is union with Him.

Why do men need sex?

Sex satisfies his sexual instinct, returns the fullness of manhood, intensifies his desire of love towards the woman, reduces friction in the home, and for the sexual experience to consummate the union with his wife.

Why do women need sex?

Sex brings fullness of femininity, assurance of the love of her husband towards her, satisfaction of sexual instinct, relaxes her nervous system, and the experience of union.

The causes of sexual bondages:

1. The flesh

2. Demons

3. Generational Curses

4. Pornography

5. Idolatry

6. Sin

7. The heart

Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. Galatians 5:19-21

What are the sexual practices that are forbidden in the bible and are open doors for demons to come and oppress the people?

1. Masturbation opens doors for an impure lascivious spirit to come and then it is difficult to be liberated, unless Jesus sets us free. Masturbation is a sin, a lust that is associated with sexual fantasies; it is egocentric…

Many say that doctors recommend this practice but that should not matter because psychologists and psychiatrists do not have the vocabulary for spiritual problems. This is why they call sin “issues.”

Masturbation brings the people a feeling of guilt, low self-esteem, and much more. When someone masturbates, they are thinking about someone else. Jesus said that if you look at woman to lust, then you have committed adultery in your heart. Masturbation is adultery in the mind.

2. Problems caused by incest, abuse or have been molested cause the person who was a victim to feel betrayed.

These provoke the victim to become emotionally cold and to retract from people even themselves. Some victims of these types of abuse, even when married, they feel guilty or become sexually frigid. The majority of individuals that have been abused and molested sexually end up destroying their home and even their own life…

3. Promiscuity by choice includes sexual acts such as fornication, adultery, masturbation, oral sex, and the practice of sexual masoquism…

- Fornication is a sexual relation between two people who are not married.

- Adultery is a sexual relation with someone who is not your spouse, it is outside of marriage; infidelity. There are three forms of adultery before the eyes of God, in the mind, in the heart and physically.

- Oral sex and anal sex is the stimulation of the genitals as an act of lascivity.

- Bestiality is sex with animals.

Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous. Hebrews 13:4

4. Sexual fantasies precipitate immoral activity.

Jesus warned us that man is guilty of sin, of both the mind and physical act. For this reason pornography, in nay form, must be avoided because it can lead to sexual promiscuity and filthy acts of all kind. We cannot play with sexual fantasies in our minds…

But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Matthew 5:28

5. Pornography leads to many consequences such as the increase of rape and crimes related to sex, divorces caused by pornographic materials taken to the home, introducing children to masturbation and the necessity to experiment their sexuality…

6. Homosexuality and lesbianism has led the church of Christ to judge and criticize instead of helping and bringing them to know the truth. We have isolated them from the church. Even those people who have been delivered have been judged and mistreated, until the point of leaving their church. We must stand firm in disagreement with the sin of homosexuality. In other words, we must love the person but we must help them abandon their path of sin.

You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination. Leviticus 18:22

Some causes are: generational curses, rejection of the baby’s gender, rebellion against parents, sexual abuse, paternal or maternal domination, and the voluntary homosexual relations.

7. Bestiality.

Bestiality is when people, both women and men, have sexual fantasies with animals. In some cases, this occurs because their parents have practiced acts of bestialism. In others, it is people whose parents never gave them love and fell into sin. I have known cases in which people have had sexual relations with dogs, horses, cows, and etcetera…

Whoever lies with an animal shall be put to death. Exodus 22:19

8. Abortions cause in women and men, who have practiced abortion, must be delivered from the spirit of murder. Unfortunately, the majority of the doctors say that the fetus does not have life, meaning no one is dying. But, the word of God says that He already gave them breath of life, and they are human beings that feel pain, rejection, love and hate…

9. Anal sex can lead people to practice homosexuality. Some women feel so ashamed that they cannot speak about this in a meeting or session of counseling or deliverance. People who practice or have practiced anal sex have a great necessity to be liberated from spirits of lascivity, homosexuality, degradation, depravation, perversion, guilt, shame and low self-esteem…

10. Sexual activities with demons, through history, there have been frequent cases discovered of demons who come to a woman or a man to have sex with them. There are two spirits involved in this type of practice: spirit “incubus:” a demon with a masculine appearance that stimulates and leads a woman to have sexual pleasure. Spirit “incubus:” a demon with a feminine appearance that leads a man to ejaculate.

The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men who were of old, the men of renown. Genesis 6:4

Consequences of sexual illicit practices:

Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 1 Corinthians 6:9-10

But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars–their place will be in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death. Revelation 21:8

Solutions for sexual illicit practices:

For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you abstain from sexual immorality. 1 Thessalonians 4:3

If you are in one of these practices or have been then you need to do the following:

1. True repentance.

2. Take captive every thought to the obedience of Jesus.

3. Flee from all temptation and all these practices.

4. Change all relationships that lead you to sin against God.

You must take everything, magazines, videos, etc… and throw them into the trash. A thought can change your behavior, the way you live and also change your destiny. Cover your mind every day with the blood of Christ.

Deliverance is for those who truly repent and are desperate for it!
